2SP Clutch V3

KTM clutch / race clutch. CNC milled KTM clutches made of hardened steel for Tomos. These clutches fit directly without adjustments. Because there can be differences in how your crankshaft sits in your block, it may still be necessary to make minor adjustments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a strong, good clutch that fits everyone's block. This is due to the position of your crankshaft (which can be off-center). Because the KTM clutch is often used on tuned mopeds, we do not provide a warranty on this product. Even if it were used on a standard moped, there would be no warranty.

What is the KTM clutch suitable for?

The KTM clutches are necessary for mopeds with a racing ignition / inner rotor ignition. Think of the HPI, Selettra and PVL ignitions. Because other racing clutches are also not suitable for racing ignitions, we advise you to look at a KTM clutch. The clutches are CNC milled and are therefore always exactly the same. In addition, they are made of extra hard steel, making them even stronger! Because the clutch of cross mopeds also has to endure a lot, the KTM clutch is also suitable for cross mopeds.

What makes the 2SP couplings better?

For the 2SP clutch it is not necessary to adjust your crankcase cover. In addition, a set of special springs is supplied with this clutch instead of the standard rings/plates. This also ensures that the segments fit nicely on the hub without play. The 2SP clutches therefore do not rattle. The bolts that are supplied are of good quality and specially made for the KTM clutch springs.

When purchasing this product you will receive a complete coupling that you can mount immediately. The assembly consists of the following parts:
